Based on a 7 night stay, the below is a guide to our rates:

Additional Pricing Information
A £200 non-refundable Booking Deposit is payable within 5 working days to secure your booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A Damages Deposit of £250.00 is also due on booking and is returned in full within 1 week after departure providing no damaged has occurred.
A Cleaning Fee is payable per stay. The cost is €165 euros and is payable to the Property Management Company on arrival or by prior arrangement with the property manager. The fee is mandatory and covers a variety of costs such as Guest Police Registration – Spanish Law requires every guest that visits the island to be registered with the police prior to arrival. Villa preparation, cleaning, linen, towels, beach towels and our meet and greet service. The management team will be on hand during your entire stay to ensure you have everything you require.
